Essential Cuisine Ltd, part of Solina Group, is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of stocks, sauces and gravies to the foodservice and food manufacturing sectors. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for National Account Customer Care Executives (full‑time and part‑time) to join our team in Winsford, Cheshire.

Role Overview

As a National Account Customer Care Executive, you will make outbound phone calls to chefs, creating new sales opportunities by introducing our product ranges and demonstrating how our solutions support busy kitchens. You will build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships while driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers (chefs).
  • Work closely with a Business Development Manager to provide support.
  • Focused campaign calling.
  • General administration tasks including updating the CRM database and using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above.
  • Customer service experience (at least 1 year).
  • Experience with outbound telesales or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, confident telephone manner.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Passion for food; experience in the food industry is an advantage.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Friendly, self‑motivated and highly driven.

Job Type & Compensation

  • Full‑time (SOP) and part‑time (occasional) positions.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Bonus scheme.

  • Relocation/commuting support: Must be within commuting distance of Winsford.
