Mid-Weight Designer JD We’re looking for a talented and versatile Mid-Weight Designer to join the Olivia Burton creative team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves design but doesn’t want to be limited to one creative discipline. You’ll work across everything from graphic design and campaign development to digital content, retail, brand identity and photoshoots, with the opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your skills in areas such as creative concepting and art direction. We’re looking for someone who is a great team player, adaptable, curious and keen to grow. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of your work, but equally happy collaborating, responding to feedback and jumping into different projects when the team needs support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create elevated, commercially relevant design work that builds and evolves the Olivia Burton visual identity.
  • Design across a broad range of brand touchpoints including campaigns, digital, social, print, retail, windows, OOH, brochures and presentations.
  • Support the development of brand guidelines, seasonal campaign toolkits, product lookbooks and other key brand assets, helping ensure consistency across global markets.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards and visual ideas for new watch and jewellery launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Translate initial concepts into cohesive creative executions across multiple channels and formats.
  • Create engaging social-first content across key platforms, using a mix of graphic design, video editing, GIFs, motion and AI creative tools to develop dynamic, brand-relevant content.
  • Support the creative concepting, planning and art direction of still‑life and model photoshoots, with the opportunity to take greater ownership as your experience develops.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Creative, Marketing, Product Development and Digital teams.
  • Research emerging design, fashion, jewellery and cultural trends, bringing relevant inspiration and new ideas into the team.
  • Create mood boards, concepts and creative presentations and confidently communicate your thinking to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking, considering how design can support the brand, customer experience and ultimately drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, communicating clearly around timings, deadlines and potential challenges.
  • Be willing to get involved beyond your core responsibilities, trying new creative disciplines and supporting the team wherever needed.

Skills & Attributes

A positive and collaborative team player with strong communication skills. A strong creative thinker with a good eye for layout, typography, composition and visual storytelling. Adaptable and flexible, with an interest in working across different creative projects and disciplines. A self-starter who can take ownership of projects while knowing when to collaborate, ask questions or seek creative direction. Comfortable sharing ideas and explaining creative thinking to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. Open to feedback with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Curious and open minded, keen to learn new skills, experiment with new tools and grow within the creative team, including developing experience in concepting and art direction. Strong file organisation and asset management skills.

Requirements: MUST HAVE’S

  • Approx 4+ years in a fashion retail design environment, ideally within fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or another visually led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design fundamentals and experience across a variety of brand touchpoints.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Comfortable working within an established brand identity while also bringing fresh ideas and helping evolve the creative.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices & emerging technologies.
  • undefined Fashion forward, strong creative eye for detail and new trends, colour palettes

Requirements: ADDITIONALS, A BONUS

  • A BONUS Experience working within a fast-paced creative or in-house brand environment would be beneficial.
