The Independent Channel Sales Specialist will manage and grow the remote sales for independent businesses across the UK. They will lead a remote‑first model, driving commercial performance, customer relationships, and execution for the Movado UK brand portfolio at a national level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Channel Performance & Commercial Ownership – achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets; forecast and report channel performance; analyse sell‑in and sell‑through data; develop tiered account strategies; manage price frameworks, trade terms and promotions.
- Distribution and Growth Strategy – identify distribution gaps, prioritise new door acquisition across jewellers, department stores, fashion and B2B segments; increase brand penetration; reactivate dormant accounts; support new business evaluation and onboarding.
- Customer Management – act as primary contact for customers at owner/buyer level; define and operate a remote‑first engagement model; lead commercial negotiations; align account plans with national objectives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – partner with Regional Sales Managers and Field Account Managers; provide performance insights; collaborate with Marketing, VM and Operations for launch and promotional planning; deliver market and competitor insight.
What You’ll Bring
