We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead and develop our client advisory team, driving growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
We will count on you to:
- Provide day-to-day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and support team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real-time technical and soft skills support.
- Analyze business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Support the team’s sales activities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to new business growth.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies, foster a positive team culture, and achieve strategic goals.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in account handling with small to medium UK commercial accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with previous people management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for developing colleagues’ skills and success.
