This role is perfect for someone looking to build a rewarding career in a lively and supportive environment. As a Client Executive, you will work with a variety of sports clients, including professional football clubs, associations, governing bodies, and golf and cricket clubs. You may also have the chance to collaborate with our media and entertainment clients. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of insurance professionals, handling new business and renewals while supporting your colleagues.
Marsh Sport is a specialist division of Marsh Ltd, focused on providing top-notch insurance broking and risk management advice to the world of sport, entertainment, and leisure.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, developing an understanding of their business strategic priorities and risk management needs.
- Execute renewal and placement strategies, managing broking and client service in accordance with client instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent client service and keep abreast of changing market conditions.
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
What you need to have:
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
