We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor Claims team here at Marsh. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work in the office 3 days per week. The successful candidate can be based out of Leeds, Glasgow, or Bristol. At Marsh, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and expertise in the motor claims sector. We will count on you to:
- Investigate and process motor insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

What you need to have:
- Motor claims experience (commercial) is essential; experience in motor fleet, motor trade, or personal lines motor claims will also be considered, but commercial experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using claims management software.
