We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Leeds and is a hybrid role that requires working at least 4 days a week in the office.

Within your role as Client Advisor, you’ll be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products. We are happy to consider those with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience, including areas such as claims, account handling, or underwriting. If successful, you’ll be provided with a first-class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.

Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, and handling any additional queries that are presented.

We will rely on you to:

  • Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
  • Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
  • Through training, coaching, and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.

What you need to have:

  • Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within insurance, from either personal lines or commercial insurance.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
