We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in Exeter or Cardiff. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
Client Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity at Marsh Commercial, as we’re looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role you’ll be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products. For this role we are happy to consider those with or without insurance experience. If successful you’ll receive a first‑class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring, develop a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
What you need to have
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance, customer service or administration.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications or grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
