  • Help implement personalised learning plans and monitor student progress.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions within the classroom.
  • Support students with physical, emotional, or learning difficulties to participate fully in lessons.

Requirements:

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
  • MUST be willing to undertake personal care of children.
  • To hold an education-based Level 3 qualification (Essential).
  • Hold an enhanced DBS or the desire to get one (Essential).
