We're now looking for a Warehouse Operations Support Manager to take ownership of our co-pack operation and support the Operations Manager in delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:- Oversee a growing co-pack operation, ensuring effective planning, execution and performance delivery.
- Support and deputise for the Operations Manager, contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations and assisting with operational decision-making and leadership cover as required.
- Lead and develop a team of four direct reports, providing day-to-day people management, HR support, and driving strong employee engagement and EOS initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact through regular communication, performance reporting, and customer meetings (face-to-face and virtual), while proactively identifying and scoping new opportunities.
- Drive health & safety excellence, continuous improvement and systems implementation, supporting CI initiatives, overseeing H&S compliance, contributing to OMS implementation, and fostering a positive site culture and engaged workforce.
