Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation

We are now looking for a Stock and Admin Controller to join our team and take ownership of inventory accuracy, support operational efficiency, and ensure smooth administrative processes within the warehouse environment.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Ensuring stock integrity through regular audits and investigations
  • Managing inbound and outbound stock movements
  • Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
  • Liaising with operational teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Producing reports and supporting KPI tracking
  • Supporting administrative tasks including booking, filing, and compliance checks
