We are now looking for a Project Support Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams across the projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Monitor project timelines and escalate any risks or delays
- Assist with resource planning and allocation
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support the implementation of project management processes and tools
