Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, office hours (8am-4pm/9am-5pm)

Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We are now looking for a Project Support Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams across the projects
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate any risks or delays
  • Assist with resource planning and allocation
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support the implementation of project management processes and tools
