We are now looking for a EU Returns Operator to play a key role in managing returned stock from across the EU and supporting smooth reverse logistics operations.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Monitor daily transport activity to ensure all collections and deliveries are running on time
  • Identify and manage any issues with collections or deliveries, escalating where required
  • Plan and schedule collections for the following day
  • Review routes and identify opportunities to combine loads in a cost‑effective manner
  • Tender transport jobs through the system in line with agreed processes
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings within transport and returns operations
  • Maintain regular contact with the customer, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure system data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
