- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
- Streamline Processes: Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

Who this role would suit
- Have previous experience in warehousing and leading a team
- Are physically fit due to high levels of manual handling
- Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
- Have a full UK driving license (due to driving company vehicles)
- Are happy working alongside prisoners within a warehouse environment
- Must be able to obtain full security vetting
