What you’ll do
- Lead and manage a team of Flow Room Leads and Controllers.
- Monitor warehouse automation systems, alarms and control room activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity and service delivery.
- Work closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams and automation providers to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure all system‑generated issues are identified, resolved and escalated appropriately.
This role would suit people who
- Have previous experience managing operational, control room or automation teams within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Are familiar with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse automation technologies.
- Have strong people management and leadership experience.
- Can analyse operational data and produce management reports.
