The predicted salary is between 36256 - 36256 £ per year.
Pay Rate: £32,371.74 + 12% Shift Pay = £36,256 per annum.
Shift patterns: Nights – Sunday to Thursday – 22:00 to 06:30 (may extend to 08:30 during busy periods) plus 4 additional Fridays per year – annualised hours contract.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring goods are received, stored, assembled and delivered to Customers / Distribution Centres in a time-critical and fast-moving warehouse environment.
- Providing guidance, support and training to warehouse colleagues.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the shift, correctly utilising labour to meet budgeted targets and KPIs.
- Successfully managing the team in line with company operating systems and all other policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse environment – management experience is essential.
- Good level of IT skills.
- Knowledge of trailer weight and load capacity.
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a warehouse setting.
