Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries for warehouse support and administration
- Translate, analyse, and deliver customer needs through effective communication
- Coordinate with the warehouse operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse clerk/administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
