We are now looking for a Warehouse System Administrator to support the Super User Team with system testing and training as we implement the new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Once the initial testing and training phase is complete, this role will transition into a Warehouse Administrator position.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Support UAT testing by setting up WMS test scenarios, completing test scripts, recording results and re‑testing where required.
- Provide training and day‑to‑day support to colleagues on WMS processes, acting as the first point of contact for system‑related queries.
- Work closely with central IT and site teams to support communication and updates relating to the WMS, including attending Super User forums.
- Escalate system issues to the helpdesk and help maintain accurate system processes.
- Support general warehouse operations when not involved in testing or training.
Warehouse Administrator duties (after go‑live):
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse data, system records and documentation.
- Support goods‑in, goods‑out and inventory functions by ensuring system accuracy and administrative compliance.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have previous Warehouse Administration experience.
- Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Possess strong IT literacy, including confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with key stakeholders.
