We're looking for someone to; Be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing a Transport Team Manage and review Transport KPI's, to identify KPL's, Fleet Utilisation, PvA Hours and POA and support any improvements Foster an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and best practice to the benefit of the network Promote a positive transport/network culture, supporting EOS initiatives Be accountable for driver and fleet compliance in line with legal and DHL standards We'd like you to have experience of Active Leadership Managing diverse teams and cultures Leading transport operations Managing change Excellent communication skills Please note that this vacancy is subject to a successful new business award.
