Shift Patterns

Working Saturday and Sunday 6am‑6pm; two 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday.

Role Overview

Warehouse First Line Manager in a fast‑paced operation, responsible for leading the team, driving performance, safety and efficiency across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective handovers with the previous shift to ensure continuity.
• Deliver engaging shift briefs, outlining priorities and daily objectives.
• Review and act on previous shift performance and operational learnings.
• Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture at all times.
• Manage and monitor team productivity to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure all products are picked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and support to your team throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience leading or managing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and problem‑solving approach to challenges.
