Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network.

What you'll do:

  • Support the transport operation with activities to ensure smooth, effective, sustainable, and positive performance
  • Establish, initiate and implement CI initiatives
  • Implement and manage projects within the operation
  • Report on KPI performance and contractual obligations (e.g., CO2 commitments)
  • Track, report and present KPI performance for the customer
  • Work alongside central customer service and planning to improve service and increase revenue

What you'll bring:

  • Previous Operations Support Manager experience
  • Strong experience with Data & Systems is essential
  • Planning Tool systems experience would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed
