Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off - 2 day shifts (7am - 7pm) and 2 night shifts (7pm - 7am)

Location: Trafford Park - M17 1TD

Join our team as a Warehouse Operative at our Trafford Park site, where you'll support the efficient movement of goods through picking, packing and stock handling activities. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment as part of a dedicated team focused on safety, quality and operational excellence.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Carry out accurate case picking duties using pump trucks to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • Pick, pack, load and unload goods safely and accurately, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled to a high standard.
  • Operate MHE equipment including Counterbalance with double fork attachments and Reach Truck.
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work as part of a team to meet productivity, quality and operational targets in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Previous warehouse experience, with a strong background in order picking and general warehouse operations.
  • Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence with practical operating experience is essential.
  • Experience using double fork attachments is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • A proactive and reliable approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and safe working practices.
