• Pay Rate: £28,500 to £32,000
• Grade: N
• Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
• Shift Patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational shifts
• Hours: To be discussed at interview
• Location: Gloucester

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, with experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and confidence working collaboratively with colleagues, management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• A good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures, inventory processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS), with proficiency in Microsoft Office being an advantage.
