DHL, an award‑winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth‑running of all transport scheduled activities.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be
Preparing, organising, and issuing driver packs to ensure all routes and requirements are fully documented.
Delivering thorough driver pre‑briefs and debriefs to maintain safety, compliance, and operational accuracy.
Completing all transport administration tasks, including accurate data entry and record management.
Managing high‑volume telephone communication to support operational coordination and customer service.
Providing essential support to the night transport operation to maintain smooth overnight logistics.
