We are looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Solihull, providing dedicated administrative support to our Multi-User customer contract. This is a key role at the heart of the warehouse, ensuring accurate data management, smooth daily operations and effective coordination between teams. If you thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment and take pride in attention to detail and teamwork, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact supporting a vital operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Complete spot checks and run rabbits within the process to check controls in place
- Fully investigate using appropriate CI tools to identify root cause of customer claims
- Feedback investigation findings to DHL senior leadership and customer in a timely manner in line with customer SLAs
- Liaise with internal/ external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues for sustained improvements
- Follow all elements of the process from inbound-outbound storage and packaging to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collect and log current daily/weekly data to assist with historic trend analysis
- Support the Warehouse Operations/ inventory teams to ensure that investigation, feedback and actions are completed within SLA timeframe
