Typical day may involve:
- Support site compliance in all relevant DPDHL and site policies, including business unit core standards.
- Support site management on health, safety and environmental, facilities and security compliance, providing advice and guidance to operational teams.
- Ensure that specific area legal registers of regulations are updated and the site is compliant with the Health and Safety Management System.
- Work proactively with managers and key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety within their areas of responsibility.
- Implement and maintain operations and maintenance schedules, in line with the Health and Safety Management System.
- Support identifying improvement opportunities using First Choice Way tools at sites.
Qualifications:
- Previous Operations Administrator experience is essential.
- IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- Strong communicator.
