WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve OPERATIONAL STANDARDS and customer requirements of the Hams Hall Site.
- Enable and establish the new work standards within the Hams Hall Site.
- Support the definition of OMS KPI Tree ramp‑up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point.
- Ensure the OMS KPI Tree's expected structure of reports is in place, aligning with operational and staff areas that deal with reporting.
- Support the definition of OMS Roles & Responsibilities ramp‑up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point.
- Understand the root causes of performance results and set actions with your team and Operations Manager for improving the results.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous Shift Manager experience
- Strong communicator
- Worked within a Retail warehouse operation
- IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem‑solving.
- You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
