We are looking for a Solutions Design Manager to join our dynamic team, where your proven expertise in designing and implementing innovative warehouse solutions will shine. As our go-to subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to create tailored solutions that not only meet customer needs but also drive DHL's growth agenda.

  • Design Excellence: Deliver end‑to‑end manual and automated operational solutions, including advanced data analysis (expert use of MS Excel or Power BI), process flow development, equipment and technology selection, operational methodology definition, layout design (using AutoCAD or Sketch‑Up), resource modelling, and detailed cost modelling.
  • Digital by Default: Create fully integrated, technology‑led solutions that incorporate the latest technology, automation and robotics, whilst supported by senior managers.
  • Lead with Impact: Effectively self‑manage workload and timelines while demonstrating strong customer engagement. Influence stakeholders to gain operational buy‑in through clear, compelling communication and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Innovate: Leverage strong analytical and modelling skills to interpret and extrapolate data, solve complex problems, and develop original, value‑adding concepts and solutions.
