WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-ordinate and lead the work activities of the shift, providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce.
- Manage own staff on shift to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity.
- Ensure that team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning is completed for all staff on shift.
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI's.
- Produce end of shift analysis and provide data on achievements and issues.
- Work closely with Senior Management to enable site to deliver on expectations and maximise any opportunities to further develop the site.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policy/processes.
- Actively work alongside direct and indirect internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a culture of respect and high performance within your team.
- Complete all team performance reviews, accurately and within timeframe.
- Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
