Warehouse Operatives (Days only)

Salary £26,106.34 plus 10% shift premium. Contract type: Permanent (Full-Time). Shift patterns: 12‑hour days – 4 on, 4 off, 06:00‑18:00. Location: Runcorn (Preston Brook), WA7 3BN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and sort orders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Perform manual tasks, including handling, loading, unloading and general housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Use mechanical handling equipment such as REACH FLT and PPT to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with heavy lifting where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience using a REACH forklift lift truck or PPT (license not required).
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Can‑do attitude, friendly and flexible approach.
  • Ability to arrive at the warehouse at the start time of each shift.
