Responsibilities:
- Provide sustained process control within the assigned operational area by maintaining material flow, productivity and compliance through proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution and expert operational intervention.
- The Process Controller acts as an embedded operational authority, ensuring stability, resilience and performance under both normal operating conditions and periods of disruption, including short-term resource gaps.
- Accountable for end-to-end process performance within a defined operational area on a shift basis.
- Acts as first point of expert escalation for process, system, equipment and flow-related issues.
- Provides operational continuity and leadership cover during short-term absence of other Process Controllers and warehouse operative roles.
- Maintains productivity, safety and service standards during periods of disruption or reduced support capacity.
