We are recruiting 4x Zero Hour Contract Site Drivers to support DHL's Finished Vehicle Solutions customer contract. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently moving vehicles around the site between designated workshop and operational locations, ensuring vehicles are delivered and processed on time and in line with site procedures. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth site operations while upholding DHL's high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Executing movements of vehicles in relation to the sites daywork inbound and outbound processes
- Ensuring vehicles are fed to the relevant locations in line with the requirements of the vehicles preparation requirements and standards
- Following vehicle preparation standards in line with requirements outlined in customer requests
- Parking vehicles efficiently within 1 meter of each vehicle to maximise space utilisation
- Compound vehicle management, ensuring units are recorded on and off site correctly
- Following all aspects of health and safety regulations with the correct use of facilities and provided PPE
