WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Overseeing and managing the full inventory process to maintain optimal, accurate, and reliable stock levels across all sites.
- Leading, planning, and reporting on the activities of Inventory, Quality, and Admin teams—ensuring delivery against customer expectations and operational KPIs.
- Driving risk management procedures, ensuring full traceability while mitigating inventory loss both at individual site level and across the wider network.
- Championing change management and system optimisation, enhancing site processes and operational ways of working.
- Implementing best practice and innovative solutions designed to elevate performance, strengthen accuracy, and reduce inventory variance.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- A strong background in stock or inventory management, ideally within a complex or fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience managing large and complex data/files with accuracy and confidence.
- Experience of building and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Comfortable travelling across the network to support operational delivery and team performance.
