Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00. Candidates must be flexible, as the alternate shift of 14:00 – 22:00 is a distinct possibility.

  • Support the Team: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide guidance, encouragement and support to help the team perform at their best.
  • Improve Processes: Identify and implement effective ways of working that enhance productivity, efficiency and service across the warehouse.
  • Promote Safety: Champion a positive safety culture by maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Review Performance: Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help the team achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Encourage Collaboration: Build strong working relationships and foster a team environment that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.

Have experience leading, supporting or coordinating a team.

Previous waste management training or experience (WAMITAB) would be beneficial; however, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
