Class 1 Hiab Driver
Location: Glasgow ML1 4YQ
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Pay Rate: £39,448.75 + Overtime (T x 1.5) - Plus £35 per night out allowance
Shift patterns: 06:00 - 15:45 Monday to Friday (1 - 2 nights out per week)
A typical day may involve:
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations to deliver Electrical Plant units to businesses in the North of Scotland
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Regular completion of vehicle checks
- Manual handling of customer products
This role would suit people who:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving License (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Have minimum 12 months recent driving experience
- HIAB Ticket (essential)
- ADR Ticket advantageous, but not essential
