Typical Day May Involve:
- Be brand aligned and act as lead on the account for all DHL owned activities/tasks, having overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of that brand's press fleet, working with the workshop, body shop and logistics team to ensure a seamless process.
- Input bookings from EMS onto Itest drive, ensuring details are accurate and input correctly.
- Make amendments, cancellations and other requests to bookings.
- Manage all vehicles events for press brands, booking transport, booking vehicles, liaising with operations to ensure the vehicles are prepped on time.
- Prepare and deliver the monthly brand review presentation, extracting and presenting data via Power BI tools.
- Run the monthly invoicing, check the output prior to sending to the brands, ensure any necessary changes are actioned, and send to the brands on time.
- Set up vehicles: raise PDI's for new vehicles, set vehicles up on Itest drive and other systems.
- Manage vehicle registrations and SORN operations of de-fleet vehicles.
- Cleanse data, ensuring all data across all systems is accurate and without error.
- Build a close working relationship with the brand, maintain high customer service levels while ensuring compliance with all SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service/customer-facing role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills at various levels; ability to assess individual customer needs.
- Automotive/fleet experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- IT literate skills (Excel and Power BI) and adaptability to new technologies.
- Ability to take initiative, influence others and provide a first-class service.
