WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this high‑impact role, you’ll be a champion of continuous improvement and performance excellence across the sector. You will:
- Lead and maintain operational data sources, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the business.
- Analyse performance across sites, ensuring compliance, consistency, and sector‑wide standardisation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead cost‑down initiatives with long‑term, sustainable results.
- Visit operational sites, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teams to deliver savings, remove barriers, and mobilise resources.
- Build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, influencing and supporting key leaders within the business unit.
You’ll be a natural problem‑solver who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and energy to complex challenges. The ideal person will have:
- Previous operational excellence experience is essential in this role.
- Experience in project management or leading change initiatives is preferable.
- Strong stakeholder relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to work proactively and manage your own workload with confidence.
- A personality that is energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about operational excellence.
