Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU) Hybrid working – 3 days in office.

DHL, an award‑winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a vital role acting as a trusted advisor to the business, while aligning HR activities to the business strategy. Role responsibilities:

  • Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication.
  • Provide high‑quality, consistent HR advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and outside parties, to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
  • Administer senior executive management HR transactional activities associated with the employee lifecycle, across the organisation within agreed procedures, standards and timescales.
  • Administer and process redundancy calculations, compromise agreements and bi‑annual health checks.
  • Undertake the due diligence, data collection/validation and administrative activities associated with the Transfer of Undertakings – Protection of Employment (TUPE) for new business and the closure of sites.
  • Processing internal Data Protection Subject Access Requests in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience the first time, every time.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD level 3 + qualification or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Ability to provide project management support.
  • Previous stakeholder management experience.
  • Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of Oracle, HR systems and workflow/case management.
  • An understanding of the role HR Customer Service Delivery plays and its interactions with other HR functions across the employee life cycle.
