We are now looking for a Comms & Engagement Coordinator to drive effective internal communications, support key engagement initiatives, and ensure our people feel informed, connected, and valued across the business.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Create, schedule and deliver communication content across multiple channels (email, posters, newsletters, screens, digital platforms, etc.)
- Support the rollout of key business messages, change communications and company-wide campaigns
- Co-ordinate engagement initiatives including events, recognition programmes, colleague forums and wellbeing activities
- Track engagement activity and support the site with action planning based on employee feedback and survey results
- Promote success stories and celebrate colleague achievements across the site
- Support wider HR and operational initiatives where communications or engagement activities are required
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable building relationships across all levels of the operation
- Experience in communications and engagement is desirable but not essential
