We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our automotive warehouse.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous warehouse supervisor experience - essential
- Have strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (JDA - Desirable)
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
- Work alongside other first line managers and provide support
- Have some experience in performance and Health and Safety in a warehouse
- Happy to work in shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 8:00-16:00 / 12:00-20:00
