Pay Rate: £30,771

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday starting between 4am-8am

Location: Tingley, WF3 1SP

We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the loading of alcohol onto your assigned vehicle prior to delivery
  • Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises
  • Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
  • Unloading at customer sites and delivering the goods to cellars etc.
Key Requirements
  • Able to complete manual handling tasks such as moving & carrying kegs of beer
  • Have previous experience of working with volume orders
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Previous experience as a Driver's Mate in a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker
