Grade: RCS M • Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7. This role is a support role where full flexibility is required to cover both 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations while using internal systems to optimise performance, ensure accuracy and support data-driven decision making.
  • Plan labour and resources effectively, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all teams to support operational excellence.
  • Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety standards, championing a strong Safety First culture.
  • Monitor performance through OMS, manage productivity and stock flow, and ensure all operational deadlines and KPIs are met safely and efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects, identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and delivering structured improvements.

This role would suit people who

  • Have proven experience leading teams in a warehousing or complex supply chain environment.
  • Can confidently lead change and deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Have strong communication skills and can motivate and engage teams while driving performance and accountability.
  • Are comfortable working with IT systems (Microsoft Office, WMS, OMS) and using data to support decisions and improvement activity.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational development.
