Job Responsibilities
- Delivering MHE training on a range of equipment including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, PPT, LLOP and other site-specific equipment
- Conducting refresher training, familiarisation training, and conversion courses
- Assessing operator competency and maintaining accurate training records
- Supporting site compliance through regular audits and observations
- Investigating MHE-related incidents and identifying training requirements
- Coaching and developing colleagues to improve performance and safety standards
- Supporting site inductions and other operational training activities when required
This role would suit people who
- Previous experience delivering MHE training within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Accredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and health & safety requirements
- Experience training on Reach Truck and Counterbalance equipment as a minimum
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
