We're now looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to provide administrative support to the H&S function, ensuring accurate reporting, data management, and compliance documentation across the operation.

  • A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Maintaining and updating Health & Safety trackers and databases.
  • Downloading data from internal systems (Logics) and producing accurate reports.
  • Completing investigation packs following incidents and accidents.
  • Creating and distributing Health & Safety reports.
  • Preparing presentations for meetings and reviews.
  • Monitoring and interpreting Health & Safety statistics and trends.
  • THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Previous Health & Safety experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
