Pay Rate: £25,364.08 + shift premium + overtime.

Grade: P.

Contract: Permanent (Full-Time).

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday, 37 hours, 8am-4pm.

Location: Wolverhampton, WV10.

We are looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigating stock discrepancies.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain.
  • Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems.
  • Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with audit processes within the warehouse.
  • Operational & resource data tracking, entry and consolidation for daily, weekly & monthly reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous stock control or admin experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OMS, HSMS, and LOGICs beneficial.
