We are looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigating stock discrepancies.
Typical Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain.
- Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems.
- Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with audit processes within the warehouse.
- Operational & resource data tracking, entry and consolidation for daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous stock control or admin experience in a warehouse environment.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of OMS, HSMS, and LOGICs beneficial.
