We're looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking HSE Program Manager to help shape and drive our Safety First culture, leading impactful programmes that influence thousands of colleagues across our E&R and Consumer businesses.

From strategic projects and digital innovation to communications, training and performance improvement, you'll play a key role in helping DHL create safer, smarter and more sustainable operations.

  • A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Reviewing safety performance data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with senior leaders to deliver key HSE projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitating HSE engagement sessions across the network.
  • Supporting new business tenders and operational implementations with HSE planning.
  • Coordinating training programmes and working with external providers to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, risk, HR and communications to promote a strong Safety First culture.

  • Experience of working with management systems, including maintaining records, monitoring compliance and supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Confident and professional communicator, with the ability to deliver presentations, facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, produce reports and support informed decision-making.
  • Willing and able to travel to operational sites as required to support business needs.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
