We are looking for a hands‑on, confident HR Advisor to join a fast‑paced, high‑impact HR role at Heathrow Airport, supporting one of the UK’s most dynamic cabin cleaning operations with approximately 1,000 colleagues.

What Does the Role Entail?

  • Support the HR Business Partner/site leadership team to deliver the strategic business and HR plan, and support managers to develop people‑management capabilities.
  • Help with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.
  • Provide HR support to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda, delivering a proactive and customer‑focused HR service by offering guidance and advice on employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and delivery of key projects.
  • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current and proposed employment legislation and local arrangements.
  • Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management, including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency recruitment and identifying future talent requirements.
  • Support the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence – providing advice to managers on policy/procedure, legislation, Occupational Health support, formal investigations and hearings.
  • Work in collaboration with managers on managing sickness, redeployment where appropriate, assisting colleagues back to work and working to reduce sickness absence across the organisation.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to the HR Business Partner and managers to successfully deliver HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous HR experience – Essential
  • Case management experience – Essential
  • Strong organisational skills – Essential
  • Experience within a logistics business – Desirable
  • CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent – Desirable
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Desire to develop in a fast‑paced site‑based environment
