Position: Customer Service Advisor | Location: Brackmills, Northampton | Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00) | Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication across all areas of the organisation's operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are maintained at all times.
  • Maintain and audit the relevant IT system/s.
  • Ensure all enquiries are investigated, resolved and answered promptly within the Customer Service guidelines of a 5 day resolution time.
  • Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks and emergencies, liaising with all associated departments.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated to both.

Requirements / What the role would suit

  • Experience of working in a customer service function with both Web and telephone enabled CRM systems.
  • Experience of dealing with customers all over the country.
  • Experience of using Customer Relationship Management software/programs.
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written.
  • Strong level of IT literacy skills - Systems and Microsoft packages.

For this job you will be required to go through a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check. It is mandatory that you have 3 years housing history within the UK.
