Pay Rate: £35,232; Grade: N; Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time); Location: Birmingham; Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (flexible start & finish times for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective training programmes, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop training materials, coordinate and drive training progress, and ensure all operational staff are competent and well equipped to meet DHL and customer quality standards.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions according to the core curriculum defined in the site training matrix.
• Track and report on the progress of training participants, ensuring all training requirements are met.
• Develop, review and update operational work instructions to meet customer and DHL quality standards.
• Verify that process confirmations have been completed in the last 12‑week period on processes where operators are signed off as competent.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous training experience would be an advantage.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
• Data‑analysis skills – ability to interpret data.
