Responsibilities Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy or site agreement Report and investigate incidents within the workplace and respond to or expand issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures Work in conjunction with performance manager to support two-way communication to drive high performance across operation in either implementing performance improvements in area of responsibility or facilitating opportunities to provide feedback for identified performance improvements Track shift\'s set up time (start, break for meals, end of the shift) of previous day (Own Shift) per Work Team and Frontline Leadership Qualifications Experience of working within Stock Control
